Had a wonderful experience going to Onitsuka Tiger on 16/12/2022 at 6:30. For a store that I continue to come and visit regularly for the experience and product, I was treated very well. My mother and I intended to buy 1 pair of sneakers each however left with 4 pairs instead; if it werent for the kindness and patience of Amber who was very fun to talk to and helped to ensure that myself and my mother left the store with the perfect pairs of sneakers. It is this kind of experience that makes customers such as myself comfortable and confident in our purchases. Thank you again and looking forward to coming back soon. - Ethan
The seller service is very bad. I said I want a size 3 and a half.but when I bought it and checked at home. it was a size 4! Extremely bad experience! I want to go back to the store to change my size. I'd rather throw it away than go to the store again!
Great Store, always welcoming and staff are very helpful. Got my 8th pair of shoes from them and I must say the experience has always been way above expectation and Viktoria's service is always impeccable. Definitely recommend!
Love the brand, been wearing for years now, but the service in this store is just appalling. Went in yesterday; 2 teammembers were having a heated conversation in middle of store. Not aware of any customers; when I was trying to pass them as they were in middle of corridor onto other section of store, they looked at me as if I was bothering them....another one was too busy with themself, even noticing there was some one there ready to buy!!. Also, try to try on few pairs trainers, bit no sizes available having a common size 39, I find this unacceptable for such a flagshipstore. Clearly this store does not want to sell, but is just being used as a marketing tool. Shame, as brand is cool. Wish the former smaller store is still there.....
About one week ago, I went to visit twice this Onitsuka Tiger store in Oxford street, in order to find the pair of shoe Mexico 66!! that I wanted, and twice I have been well advised and served by my colleagues Alice and Elena. Thank you so much guys for your advises, I'm very happy of my shoes!
The staff helped us to find the right size and shoe. They have a good collection as well.
Cool collection, central location, and patient/helpful staff - what else can you ask for, from an apparel brand. Well, I think of Tiger as primarily a shoe store. I have visited only once and didn't find a size/style for me, but am open to visiting again. Tiger may be an ordinary brand in Japan, but it has a premium positioning in UK and esp has an amazing collection that gets out of stock quickly on this highly frequented shoe store on Regent Street in Central London.
I bought 2 pair of shoes and I want to say that Sayaka is very supportive staff member in entire store. Highly recommend place, highly recommend staff member Sayaka.
I went there with my family and the whole team were very welcoming, a special shout out to Raminta who provided excellent customer service, she was super kind and friendly. I highly recommend Onitsuka Tiger, amazing quality and lots of diversity.
Victoria is the bomb! Manager I love this shop, the air smells clean and so do the staff! The sneakers/trainers are great too. Go visit! Let's get physical, physical.
