Great space. Couldn't train at my usual gym but was warmly welcomed here. Stacked with good Nautilus and Panatta equipment.

Great gym with stacks of equipment and a great atmosphere.nEveryone welcome there , whatever their fitness levels

The staff are great, always happy to help or answer questions. There is a lot of equipment and the equipment is always clean. Other gym goers are also friendly and everyone generally keeps themselves to themselves.

Excellent gym with a wide range of equipment, including cardio and just about every weights machine you might ever need.nCannot fault the staff - they offer PT sessions along with general advice. Shout out to Jim on the front desk who is always there helping to make it a great atmosphere, as well as a top class PT to boot!

I like the PT’s like Jack & Imogen & others, they helped me build up my routine, structure, discipline, and they never made me feel inadequate, they always welcome me with a smile. I like all the PTs & front of house staff, I recommended my other work colleagues in Newhaven, and I found a team to meet at the gym for a lunch time workout.
