Popular with locals, it delivers a fair quality, good sized hamburger. You can get various meals such as plain, chilli, cheese, etc as well as a chicken option. You can get milkshakes as a drink option. There is a small eating area, a rest room and limited parking outside. Usually open from lunchtime onwards. If there was an option for 3.5 stars that would be more appropriate.

Best chilli burgers anywhere.Been eating them since 1978, one of the few things I miss about living in Brighton! Every time we go back to Sussex, an Uncle Sam's burger is top of the itinerary

Uncle Sams is one my preferred for burgers as they always start preparing it after you ordering it even down to chopping fresh onion,tomato and lettuce. Nice selection of different burgers including vegetarian ones. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly reccomend
