I went to McDonald's with my family 18/2/26nI made an order and my number was 25. The machine did not give me a receipt. When number 25 was called, I collected the food. I had nothing to check my order because I did not get a receipt.nWhen I looked at the food, I realised that part of my meal was missing. I went back and spoke to a staff member. He had a bad attitude and said, “Did you miss something?” I was upset because half of my order was not given to me, and he was asking me if I missed something.nSurely the staff should check the order properly before serving it to customers.nThen I spoke to a lady who said she was the manager, but I am not sure if that was true. I asked her, “Is this how you normally treat customers here?” She first said yes, then when I asked again, she said no. I was very confused by her response.nThe service was not good at all.nAlso, the floor was wet and slippery. It was very dangerous. I was lucky that I did not fall. If I had fallen, I could have hit my head and it could have been very serious.
Just done a click and collect got home to find half the order not in the bag and a cheese burger I never asked for no receipt either to help me get a refund what a joke ! Staff can’t even smile let alone create a nice meal dreadful place never an issue at holmbush. Get some decent hard working staff instead of people who cannot be bothered. Escalated the issue with head office as it’s the 15th time they’ve messed up and never give a receipt?
May I suggest that your staff wash their hands after using the toilet? I was left aghast today when a member of staff came out of a cubicle, wiggled her fingers under the faucet for literally 2 seconds without soap and walked out with wet hands. Absolutely disgusting.
Order on phone, click and served, brought to your car within a few minutes.nnThe young chap was very polite and professional today at midday.
20 min wait in drive through queue at midnight midweek and get the wrong order. Chicken big mac instead of a big mac and a coke instead of strawberry milkshake. Oh well, judging by other reviews, wrong orders seems the norm with this mcdonald's. Food was hot and ok tho, I suppose that's the main thing.
