Just done a click and collect got home to find half the order not in the bag and a cheese burger I never asked for no receipt either to help me get a refund what a joke ! Staff can’t even smile let alone create a nice meal dreadful place never an issue at holmbush. Get some decent hard working staff instead of people who cannot be bothered. Escalated the issue with head office as it’s the 15th time they’ve messed up and never give a receipt?

This McDonald's is always clean, with polite & helpful staff.nWe regularly see two dark haired guys that check if everything's ok & clear the tables on a Monday early evening & their customer service is excellentnWell done.nI love bringing my Grandchildren here.
Used drive thru. I should have checked my order before driving away with it but thought surely you can’t mess up 2 items… ordered a sweet chili chicken wrap but instead received a bbq bacon wrap. Medium fries were half empty. Food was freezing.
The drive thru line is not long and the food is being prepared really quick. Smells and tastes delicious.
