coming into this shop in is a pleasure, the staff are super friendly, super helpful and the fact they have a massive load of samples on the counter before you try is the best idea ever. i have been into a couple of shops in blackheath and had nothing but bad experiences and this shop has stopped me buying online. i have gone into the shop and spent over half an hour in there chatting and trying samples and always end up getting what i want. would tell anyone who vapes to go here even if its for big cloud sport to just trying to quit smoking. big thumbs up from me.

Brilliant place with very friendly staff. They have always helped me with any problem and I highly recommend them to anyone else. Only place I go now :)

Very rude staff,not paying attention to customers.They don't even give you enough information about the item you want to buy,most likely they don't have a clue either.as soon as you pay the money they throw your purchase .not happy at all and its all because of this employee called Brian at Halesowen store, a low life who desont enjoy the job why is he there.
