Couldn't recommend this place enough. Una noticed that my baby was measuring quiet small and told me to go get it checked out in my hospital, she also had some concerns about the levels of amniotic fluid. I went straight to my hospital where they confirmed the baby was in distress and indeed measuring 5 weeks behind with very little fluid. I was brought in for emergency c section and gave birth to a baby girl at 3lb 5oz. My consultant said if it wasn't for Una's eagle eye, it may not have been picked up in time by the hospital. Thanks so much Ultrasound Direct.
I have always had a positive experience with ultrasound direct in Newry and my recent experience was no different. The staff are always so kind and professional and the whole process from booking to getting your results is seamless. I'll always recommend them to friends and family.
Do not use this company. Almost 3 weeks after my scan and I still have not received my videos or images. Called 8 times now, been on hold for hours and keep being told someone will get back to me, no one has. Emails gone unanswered. Unbelievable poor customer service. Do not waste your money.
I booked my scan with them. Got the reports right after the scan was done. Very friendly staff, explained everything very well.
We had a wonderful experience at the clinic from the moment we where greeted at the door by the clinic assistant Mary. Mary was so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The Sonographer Claire was just amazing made is feel at ease chatted away to us, making it a very enjoyable experience. Both ladies where excellent. Thank you
Absolutely fantastic service. The staff, Mary & Gerard, were so kind, professional, and helpful. The facility was impeccably clean, and all Covid-19 safety measures are being followed superbly. Can't wait to go back for future scans. Highly recommend.
A lovely clean place. Staff so polite and welcoming. I was really made feel at ease. Would highly recommend ultrasound direct. Got lots of fab pictures and videos sent to phone afterwards which are great to have.
All the staff are so pleasant here and I had Bernie the sonographer both times and she is lovely. Very easy to talk to and really gives you a really good check etc. Have already recommended to a pregnant friend who has since gone and agrees the same :
Honestly can’t recommend enough! The girls are just fantastic! We had the Quick Assure scan and at the beginning I mentioned I was a bit nervous and they were just super! Everything was explained in lots of detail to both me and my partner! Worth every single penny!
Went for an assurescan and cannot fault anyone. Didnt realise the office was still one in and one out though as no one told me when booking with main phone number. Other than that, perfect, couldn't do enough and answered a lot of questions and concerns. Been two times and both have been excellent.
