I joined this agency and told them I have a puppy which needs to be let out at intervals throughout the day, so my availability would be limited. They sent lots of shifts which I couldn’t do, which I politely turned down. I then said that I knew of a service which I would be able to work at, and asked if they could find me some shifts there. At first they said yes, and that they would look into it. Then out of nowhere they sent me a sassy message saying I’ve been deactivated from their system due to my disinterest. A little rude if you ask me!
Ultimate Healthcare specialists are efficent, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There healthcare staff are highly trained, enthusiastic and respectful. There rates are competitive and would definitely recommend.
