Health food store in a corner of the Sovereign Centre. Here they stock a vast array of nuts, seeds and dried fruits which are all natural, both Organic and Non Organic. The prices are very competitive and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Situated near the cafe and public toilets and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

A little bulk goods store (nuts/berries/health foods) tucked in a very awkward corner of the Sovereign Centre, this place is actually a bit of a discount goldmine.  While its selection certainly isn't a name-brandy and posh as Holland & Barrett down the hall its selection is vast and the quality of goods seems to be very high.  Organic and non-organic offerings for almost every product offered, and they even have some harder to find supplements - maca, different plant based proteins, etc.  The only thing that leaves a bit to be desired is own brand products lack of information on sourcing and awarding body for Organic status.  If its a product that you are especially concerned about in either of these regards I would look elsewhere, but for a bulk run to stock up on cashews and almonds and basic whole food pantry items this place is excellent.
