Though it is an expensive service, and there were lengthy delays due to a nationwide technical blip, I cannot fault the friendly nature and helpfulness of the staff. They were lovely and the waiting room was comfortable.
Staffs are very unwelcoming and security guards are very rude and unfriendly, They act like they being forced to be here
-Friendly staff -Helpful staff -Vending machines -Water fountain -Best to bring lunch, snacks and water with you as Vending machines are standard style -Be prepared for a usual wait of 2.5 hours for Case Worker to view your application
Very good service, not cheap though! Be prepared for a 7/8 pound taxi ride from Cardiff Central Station............Reception lady Stacey was sooooooooooo helpful...........
