Unfair and definitely not all about the entire focus being on the children..they are biased also at times with the resident parent, allow fathers who have been violent to their past partners to have more access than the victim. They put some parents and children in some serious safeguarding situations and don't address them fully with the concerned parent. They fail to listen to the RP's concerns fully and promote normalised contact with either parent. Don't trust them fully with any issue concerning your children. Mansel Law

Absolutely appalling. Staff lie on oath and endanger the lives of domestic abuse victims. CAFCASS Cymru fail to act stating that their staff can do what they like on oath and are not accountable. If you have a guardian called Rebecca Way document everything as she breaches confidentiality, lies and sends intimidating texts on weekends. I ended up having my home set on fire twice and being strangled and then whilst unconscious and ventilated I apparently can manipulate others. They produce reports which are completely misleading.
Cafcass are appointed by family court's. They will give statements knowing it to be misleading and inaccurate information. They will document reports as parents having full knowledge and will change there statement in court. No services to relevant parties who should be informed. Severe errors are rectified hoping a person won't find out. Knowing a child had sustained injuries and others were "protected parties ". Same cafcass reappointed to case not meeting parents or invade privacy by going on a child's device coherersing them. Knowing a social worker wasn't registered given a false statement of truth. They will always side with LA . ISW are previous cafcass worker or social worker and not independent, they don't bite the hand that feeds them.
They never answer the phone.
