Absolutely despicable and abhorrent customer service. I Honestly would NOT recommend this Company. I purchased a diagnostic device in April 2022 from ebay. It arrived quickly and was well packaged the device looked good quality so I provided the seller with positive feedback. I first used the device in July as I required to reset an oil service, however the device failed to carryout this function. The sellers page stated that it would be able to reset an oil service on an Evoque 2016. I made contact with the seller as soon as I became aware of this issue. The seller stated that they were aware that this function could not be carried out as previously stated on both their ebay page and on the actual box that the device was contained within. I asked for a refund and was advised to return the device I can provide the email Shortly thereafter I packaged the device, complete with all items received including the screen cover. I have NOT altered the device at all and wouldn't know how too. When I contacted the company by email to say that I had proof of receipt of postage and that they now had the device and requested when I should receive my agreed refund. I have a copy of the email they sent they replied stating that the purchase was outside of the 30 return window. The diagnostic device purchased was not as described or indeed fit for purpose. Obviously I purchased a diagnostic device and as it didn't do as stated by the seller, it was logical to expect a refund. Unfortunately that was NOT the case. The seller has admitted that the diagnostic device cannot carryout the reset as stated and detailed both on their site and written on the side of the box that the diagnostic device came in. I have an email to prove it. The sellers response is utterly farcical. When I purchased the diagnostic device I didn't need to use until the oil was due to be changed. And that was in July, yes 3 months later. Ukpartsdirect admitted that the diagnostic device couldn't reset the oil service. As for getting a refund. Luckily PayPal has already credited my bank account with the full payment. I had no need to try and claim anything from my bank and just make you look even more incompetent it was not paid on a credit card either. Trading standards have been made aware also.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a faulty tyre sensor which they said that it would need to come back to go to the manufacturer for testing and once a report comes back they would then resolve the issue if found to be faulty. So they expected me to keep my car off road for all this time. I purchased a new sensor from them and replaced the faulty one and everything works fine again. Contacted the company to state that the new sensor solved the issue and their response is, send it back for testing still and then if found to be faulty we will resolve the issue for you. So paying out to buy the new sensor does not prove to them that the old one is faulty. So now I am out of pocket for 2 sensors! Amazing customer service!
