So disappointed with the service I received this week. Booked my car in to have 2 rear tyres replaced. The customer service was shocking from start to finish. I have used Bathwick many times and have never walked away feeling intimidated and worried that the job may not have been done properly. I arrived and was told it would take up to 1 hour, hopefully less this was fine I went away and came back. In the end it took 1 hr 30 minutes, whilst sat in the reception area i felt very awkward/intimidated and sat outside. Not once did anyone say that there was further delays or apologies for how long it took. During this time i watch the guys chat on their personal mobiles and lark around in the garage. Once my car was done i was asked for payment and paid. I hovered around wondering if they might move my car our of the forecourt but they didn't. I walked into the garage to reverse my car and leave. The boot where my spare is kept was still open. I closed everything and proceeded to reverse. I'm sure allowing customers to move their own vehicles on the forecourt must be a safety issue but no one cared. Once i was out i went back to reception to ask if my car was actually ready as where the spare was kept had not been secured properly. The guy on reception proceeded to shout across the forecourt at the chap that changed my tyres...."Oi, this lady wants to know if her car is sorted. Go speak to her"... embarrassing for everyone and shocking given i has just paid £185 for the work. The guy who fixed my car came over glanced and said wants the issue. I explained and he abruptly said "yeah its done". I came away feeling concerned that the work wasn't done securely and have since got someone to check the work. Sometimes going local isn't best!
Took the car in with an alignment problem, very friendly, sorted the car out in a timely manner, didn't mind the toddler hanging out and just really helpful. Thank you and I will try and avoid potholes!

Protyre Devizes: Headlight bulb fitted for free a day before MOT elsewhere - great, nice and friendly team. However, it took 3 guys to fit the light cover back on. Next day at MOT ... - 2 fails on that particular bulb which I never had before! MOT guy suggested to go to decent mechanic in future. I sadly had to agree.
Had some work done as failed the mot which was all fine. Few months later my 2 front tyres need replacing so go to Mike Woods to find I don't have my locking nut which protyre would have needed and used to fix prior problem. So went back up to protyre to be informed they have lost it! Now they will not refund me the cost of new locking nuts unless I take it back up. The boys are rude no communication and very uncomfortable atmosphere. Would rather use Mike wood tyres!
Popped in for a tire change, was quick and efficient! Matey behind the desk was very friendly and welcoming, even got me a coffee. Top job.
Very helpfull with tracing puncture. Unfortunately need a new tyre but £40 more than National tyres. So sorry have to use them!
