I bought 2 new tyres, which were a fair price. The reason for the rating is that I was unsure about needing a new very expensive battery. Peter who had been very helpful when identifying the correct battery tested it and said that it probably just needed a long recharge. Thank you for not pushing a sale when not needed.
Lazy and very unhelpful. I had a hire car, the company told me to go to Kwikfit for a fault with the car as they had an account with Kwik Fit. Kwik fit refused any knowledge of the account and refused to help me. I had to spend more time on the car issue during a very sad visit to UK as my dad had passed away. I guess they didn't feel it was worth it financially to help me. Lazy and very unhelpful. I just wanted to spend time with mum not driving around garages!

Called in on the off-chance after hitting a pothole. Car shaking. Saw Dave at Devizes who couldn't have been more helpful. Sorted the problem very quickly keeping me in the loop at all times. First class service. Thank you.
Very efficient service. I could not help noticing the tyre fitters; when refitting the wheels all the locking nuts should be torqued up by hand to the correct value, the cordless gun used to tighten the wheels is higher than the torque wrench setting therefore over tightening the wheel nuts, then the wheels are torque checked and there is is no tightening up to the torque value. The only wheel nut which was correctly torqued out of the five bolts was the locking wheel bolt, this was torqued by hand with the torque wrench.
Rubbish. Called Kwikfit but couldn't do an oil change until 20 days time. Third time I've been in there to get a job done and no availability within reasonable time frame.
The Team at Devizes were all very helpful even without a prior appointment, when we called in on our journey home having had a flat tyre in Calne. The AA changed the wheel for us and directed us to Kwikfit Devizes. A very happy experience.
Online sale and booking. Prompt Service, Call to let me know when car was ready. Excellent price. Did not pursue the sale of unwanted products.
This was my first experience with Kwik fit. My service light came on for my break fluid, I was dreading this right away because of it being yet another cost of the car. They checked my break fluid, and found a leak, informed me to book into a garage, and not only refilled my break fluid they refilled my coolant too. When I went to pay they wouldn’t charge me because they ‘just topped the fluids up’ I haven’t got a clue about anything to do with cars so this was a massive help. This was such a kind gesture Thankyou so much, I will definitely be using your service again, and will be recommending it to anyone who Asks.
I booked an MOT online, when I called to check they had received my booking as I booked the night before they asked me to come a bit early and when I got there they took my car in right away as they had availability which was great. The staff were lovely and efficient. Only down side was they obviously didn't know how to use my motorised wing mirrors which lead to them forcing the wing mirrors out to drive the car and then in again after finishing with the car. I'd rather they just asked me how to work them. That said, I would still return.
