Brilliant service. I ordered a Panasonic battery and it arrived in extra quick time. It is exactly the one I wanted and at a very competitive price. Trying to order a camera for my Son, drew a blank everywhere well, except for a couple of places that were charging well over the retail price!, & came across this store online. Impressed with the reviews, I decided to order it from here. Ordering was easy, bit worried I didn't get a confirmation email, phoned Richard & he was more than helpful the problem lay at my end, not his!. Quick delivery, well packaged, & one happy Son! Would have no hesitation in recommending this store.
I ordered a Sony lens from UK Camera Store. The website was easy to use, and the lens worked out cheaper than Amazon even with paying for next day delivery. The lens arrived quickly the following day and was in good, new condition as described.
Disappointed. I was in the urgent need of passport pictures for a German passport and rang up beforehand to see if this is something the shop is doing. The owner agreed he can take those pictures for me. I went to have my pictures taken and explained that they NEEDED to be the correct standard. I took the pictures to the passport application and the pictures got rejected as not fit for purpose as they were too dark and too blurred. I rang the owner after this to let him know. He's been very apologetic and said his system told him the pictures were OK. I didn't get offered a refund or anything. Please make sure that your system and pictures are fit for purpose. Could have made my costs and my trip to London to the embassy useless.
Flimsy with pricing. Told one amount, only for the job to be finished and decided to increase the end amount for no given reason. No real pricing’s are set, it is at the owner’s discretion as to what he can get away with.
I bought a Nikon lens online from UK Camera Store, where it was priced more competitively than Nikon. The lens was out of stock, but I did not realise this when I made the order combination of not completely clear labelling on website and my carelessness and contacted the Store some time later angry that my order had not arrived. The Store immediately found a solution and after a brief and helpful email exchange the right lens was with me the next day. Ended up a very satisfied customer, and glad to have used an independent family business instead of a more corporate rival.
Excellent price, excellent service, excellent delivery to N.I. Richard in store couldn't have done enough for me to get the camera I wanted a D5600 Nikon with a 18-140 lens. Went to Jessops in Belfast and nothing but empty shelves no product no help !!.
I had found their website online after looking at buying a Sigma lens and finding out that Amazon were selling grey imports! Unfortunately they did not have it in store when I went down there but were able to get it shipped down the next day for me to take a look at it I should have checked beforehand! After the owner kindly let me test it out I bought the Sigma lens from them, they are an authorized Sigma re-seller so included the 3 year warranty - which they also setup for me. They also included a free UV Filter for it! Would not hesitate to use them again, they also offer a printing service so will look at getting some photographs printed out.
Bought a GX80 and a lens at the best price i could find, all over the internet. Even though they had some stock issues, their excellent customer service resolved it immediately, and my order was delivered the very next morning by DPD best courier service. Their website is quite outdated, but they absolutely make it up with their prices and customer service.
