Didn't turn up, when I called they said there was no cab booked, and yet I received an email 1 hour later thanking me for using the service. Completely unreliable.
I am not happy at all. Waiting for the cab over 1h. Call them few times and every time they told me same things about the traffic but I can't see the traffic. I am late for important meeting.
The absolute worst. My cab never arrived, when I sent an email about it they couldn't have cared less. Horrible website , horrible booking procedure , horrible customer service.
