I used TST to take me home from the Royal Albert Hall late at night pre-booked. Turned up fine, nice smart Mercedes car and an equally well dressed driver in a suit who could have doubled as a bodyguard if he had a ear-phone. Would use again if visiting London.
Totally unreliable and overcharging through various tricks. Stay away from this agency.
