I think I was given a dry out cheeseburger from saver menu. Dbl cheeseburger was fine but the cheese not melted unfortunately This Mac is too busy and bit understaffed at 4pm to serve quality meal. Similar experience as in the one near Piccadilly Circus
It’s just gone 6am and the place has a steady stream, I imagine that later it’s going to be ramped. Burnt my mouth on a crispy hash brown, I’ve only ever known warm and soggy hash brown from McDs. I’ve also learnt that no Maccies fill your coffee cup up so I now order a flat white, same amount of liquid as a latte but stronger! The double sausage and egg was hot and not over cooked. So there are Maccies that get it right hope spoons take a leaf out of this book
A very busy branch. Service was quick on visit. There was not much space for dine in due to how busy it was. The branch was clean, with a member of staff cleaning. As this is on Oxford Street, there was no on Street parking. It's a short walk from Oxford Circus tube station. Toilet male was clean, though both toilets were up a steep staircase to get to it. I'm assuming that due to the age of the building. I don't know if there were more on the ground floor. Parking: Parking is either by a backstreet or a garage if you know the area. It'll be more preferable to use public transport to use this branch.
Standard mcdonalds. Decent seating underneath the store. You'll have no mobile signal, so use the WiFi. Everytime ive visited the self service machines always bring the error to say it can't print the receipt. Today this screen wasn't working either..Food: 3/5
Busy busy busy. However dealt with quickly. Cleaning staff marvellous Food: 4/5
Try to avoid table service as it will take upto 30-45 mins as they do forget to place items into the food bay to be served, staff was helpful after being notified
One of the busiest McD I have ever visited. But the service is still not bad. There is always a long queue. But there are many points to order the food. Huge seating are on the first floor. Give yourself enough time.Food: 4/5
They often get a simple order wrong...so you always have to check before you leave the restaurant if taking away. Also no porridge one morning. It's always feel like a chaotic atmosphere there. Too many customers and too many staff in the kitchen running around like headless chickens. Also they need to learn how to be polite and thankful to customers who pay their wages!
I was overcharged. My order was 025 placed at 06:29am on the 12th of January 2023 Thursday. It was very, very quiet. I ordered my usual meal: double sausage and egg with small tea and pineapple. I paid 5.78. I always paid 4.99 for my meal before. I thought that the price had increased but no. It was the cashier's mistake. The cashier was young, Asian, Muslim lady. I am providing all the details so it can be investigated and that is exactly what happened. I am very disappointed.
I went for a sit-down meal and was told to go upstairs by the staff to seating which was no problem We went to collect our meal only to be told that the upstairs section was closing and we needed to vacate and go downstairs to eat. There was no room, only standing When we challenged the staff member about why she told us to go upstairs when they were closing in 10 mins, she started to argue with us. Not good customer services
