As previous comments UAE exchange truly is a disgrace. Long queues because they take non sense long time to process a simple transaction. Agent lied about account activation and after sending money realised account is inactive. On call with their online 0800 number for more than 20 mins no response. I will suggest ALICO which is just round the corner. Even they are not perfect but much better than this lot.

Bad service, their supervisor Mr J*sm**t was very rude to me very unprofessional. Won't send money from here again
