When we arrived for my son's party a member of staff went round the kids to check names but asked me to fill in an online disclaimer for one of the party guests because it hadn't been done. (Not my child but I was told to just put my details) The kids were then taken on to trampolines... we were told to wait in reception area even though we had a table booked for the party, when we eventually went up I had to take the drink jugs and ask them to be refilled because none of the staff checked. The food was ok and there was enough pizza and hot dogs but only 1 small bowl of crisps and 1 small bowl of popcorn to do 15 kids. When the cake was bought out the candles were already in it (I wanted to sort them and get a photo before) it was lit and put in front of my son before I could get anywhere near. I then wanted to take pics of my son blowing out the candles but couldn't because the cake was whipped away. I went down to pay the remainder of the party balance, I said I'd paid £75 deposit and was told there were no £75 deposits showing and did I get someone else to pay a £50 deposit on someone else's card She eventually looked online and accepted I'd paid £75, I then said that only 12 came instead of the 15 (I was told I only pay for the children that come if over 10) I was told that it had to be verified with the party host but they didn't seem to know who was the host (There was no party host the whole of the party) Eventually got it sorted and was told my son would receive his free pass by email.... I had to chase it up twice because it wasn't sent. The staff that I did see were friendly but don't think they know what to do, they need more training. To be honest for what I paid for the party I feel it was over priced for what we actually got.

Excellent experience for children safe fun sessions for different age groups. Food good value for money staff very friendly and helpful

Sadly not for us.we visited with two kids one aged 8 the other 14. Would probably be great for under 10s but there was nothing challenging for older kids to do.very disappointed and both kids were bored well within the hour. I would not recommend or revisit again as my kids said they didn't like it.The parking to this place is not adequate nowhere big enough and considering we saw 5 staff working if they all went in cars this accounted for half the car parking spaces.

Excellent Trampoline park for kids has an additional bouldering wall and two basketball trampolines. Clean and tidy with plenty of parking to front and rear and little cafe.
