Stunning views of lake, met some lovely people. Very clean, well kept site.

Several months ago I booked and paid for a 7 night stay on a jumbo sized pitch at Dinas Dinlle caravan/camping park. My trip is due to start next week. I just called the site to confirm everything only to be told that all jumbo pitches have now gone and I’ve been allocated a normal size pitch. I tried to explain to the lady on the phone that my tent will not fit on a standard pitch hence me booking a jumbo pitch. No apologies, no explanation and no offer of a refund!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

A very peaceful oasis, the site is very well maintained and tidy, staff are great friendly and helpful.

Dirty caravan from blood on the bathroom floor to mouldy curtains and dirty sofas, no customer service skills, rude staff avoid staying there or buying a holiday home unless you want a high price tag and no class or service.
