Never had so many comments on how good i look! My bum and thighs no longer jiggle! Hard work pays off, and a trainer that you can have laugh with is always a plus. My routine and food intake has completely change for the better. I'm healthier, stronger and happier. Outstanding trainer who pushes people to their limit and beyond. Offer an excellent service tailored for individuals. If you really want to see results and an overall improvement in your fitness levels U Fit Studio is the best. Great service and very friendly atmosphere more than a gym.

This place is the only place to go if you want to improve your general well being and lose weight. They offer the full package - exercise - nutritional advice - 1-1 coaching - classes and general amazing support. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and very approachable. It really is the best.

This isn't an ordinary gym..this is a life changer. Brilliant, knowledgeable and expert coaches that get to know they very heart of you so that they can best serve you and your goals. I have seen transformations time and time again - they know what works, but better still, they know what will work for you as a unique individual.
