I can not express just how kind and caring the staff at Tysul Vets are! We had the hard decision to put our family dog to sleep, on the day the staff went above and beyond to make everything as painless and comfortable for Ruby and ourselves! The incredible and lovely vet I don’t remember her name as I was so emotional who whilst heavily pregnant she was down on the floor comforting and talking softly to our old lady and reassuring her and me all the way through at every stage! We were given a little glass bottle with her fur in from the spot she loved to be scratched the most and a paw print was made in a card for us to take home! The staff allowed me to waffle on about my memories and good times with Ruby and never once made me feel like it was time to go. Thank you to everyone today, you made one of the worst moments in my life so so much easier! You truly are made for the job you do! all our love from Ruby and her family xx
Went to see them as an emergency vet, there was no wait to see them, amazing, friendly service. Very caring towards our dog. Very professional
First class vets. Even your out of hours vet. Had my cat neutered. My dog and cat their injections. I know they are there and the care is second to none. Even through this horrid pandemic.my kitten is next to join the practice so you will have another happy patient maybe not, hes being neutered lol
Great vet. We lived in London for many years. Many vets. On moving to Wales I registered with the Tysul practice. My dog was fully assessed as he had a problem. Excellent service for the seven years I have been here. Could not be happier with them
Took two feral cats for neutering. Both came back happy and healthy
The vets are great especially Helen P and the all the staff are very friendly. They have helped me with my two older dogs who are sadly no longer with me and now are helping me with my two rescue dogs. They are so patient, so lovely and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Excellent service and care from the vets and nurses here. Great advice and medication is much better quality and cheaper then places like pets at home etc. When I last visited all corvid 19 protocols were being followed. Excellent
I've had pets with this Vets for many years. Always been happy with the service provided. All the staff are friendly and caring.
