Our site for the last few days of a tour of Wales before returning home.nSite is outstanding! Very well looked after by the onsite wardens. Clean facilities,lovely grounds,good solid hardstanding pitches with water and EHU.Shop onsite too and an independent pub!!nIdeally place for Porthmadog town,and Borth y Gest cove, as well as longer visits to Snowdonia and the Lynn peninsula.nRecommend 100% We will br back.
What a lovely site. Easy to find. Toilet blocks immaculate, yes yu need 50p for a shower but you can easily get change from the reception, the water is instantly hot enough and powerful. Great pitch with hook up and its own water supply. The Wardens are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is the tastiest ive tasted at a site, would definitely recommend and return. Have a good season. Thanks Jacke, Dale, Ivan and Caroline for making it a lovely weekend for us
Absolutely Stunning place to staynExtremely Friendly and Helpful staff. Nice clean site. Well looked after and clean Facilities.nPub on site Serving very nice food and Plenty of it.nJust a short walk about 20min in to Portmadog where you can catch several Trains with very nice views.
Absolutely loved this site,we went for four nights and from start to finish could not be faulted not that I wanted to find fault the staff who lived on site season to season where absolutely professional and approachable they didn’t stop and you could also have a laugh with them I ask if I could put my LEST WE FORGET flag up and the lady said it was absolutely no problem what so ever and thank you for asking the site was immaculate and the views where breathtaking I did a little walk round of part of the site and put it on YouTube as there arnt many recent videos on and I wanted to show people how nice this site was.nWe was 5 minutes drive from black rock sands and around 2 minutes from the town centre where there is plenty to see and do. The only thing I would say is the showers could do with being free as it’s 50p for 15 minutes I know it’s not major but when you’ve got a kid who wants to shower every two minutes I was close to hosing him down I would highly recommend this site five star all day long
Lovely site very tidy. Pleasant staffnNice pub on site. Within walking distance of porthmadog. Bus stop just outside entrance. Reception have time table and taxi numbers. On site shop lovely views.
