Disgusting customer service, we definitely won’t be coming back. I said hello twice to the cashier unfortunately no answer. Dark hair lady was the most interested in “going for her smoke break” so maybe that’s where her attitude comes from. No eye contact at all, when we ask for a carrier bag she just throwed the bag on the till without the word. No thank you or anything. Congratulations guys you just lost a customer.
Absolutely disgusting service from the ladies on the meat counter. Make you feel uncomfortable and serve you with disgusting attitude. They really are miserable there. If your not happy there go and find another job and stop taking your frustration out on customers. Then on top of this, they over charge u on the till, when challenged they apologise and refund u. Drama all the time at this shop. The worst one is Kasia
Very friendly staff, very good selection of different produce. Love how spacious the shop is and that you always find everything in date. Will be coming back soon

Most of their products are expired or of very low quality. Advise anyone visiting this place to always check what you are buying
One of the best supermarket's I've ever been to with a fully comprehensive range of products from all around Europe. The range of heritage tomatoes in summer is the biggest treat and something I actively look forward to. With a little bit of product picture guesswork if you don't read Polish you can get almost any ingredient you need here.
Well what a finding have fantastic range of Polish food at ok prices
Good and biggest shop with Polish food, but people on the counter with meat do not care about what they sell and how they talk to others. A bit more space for pram between shelves will be good it is difficult going between for disabled or person with the baby. Missing Bread from the other bakery that has been there before. But the place is worth traveling even 50 miles if you have a cheap run car.
Honestly, I would you like to give you more than 5 stars! I think I find the best supermarket in Nottingham. I'm Italian and in this supermarket, everything is simple and genuine like in my country. Fruits an vegetables for example, are very tasty, like bread and cakes. I also really like East European countries food and this is another reason why I love this place; polish and Slavic food, variety of products etc... Thanks to my polish friend who recommend me this supermarket!!!
Supermarket selling a large selection of European mainly Polish products. Staff speak/understand varying levels of English so not knowing Polish isn't an issue unless you're ordering fresh meat from the deli counter. All in all a nice place to visit for some international produce
