The man who works here wearing glasses ruined our visit here. We sat down outside with an ice cream with the intention of walking in and purchasing a pot of tea for the table. He came outside, shouted in front of everyone, telling us we couldn't use their table. No tact, and you missed out on a sale. Poor service.Food: 1/5
Had the most delicious afternoon tea here today for mothers day, dietary requirements met with no issues, nothing was too much trouble, lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff.....the Mushroom soup was AMAZING!!!!!Food: 5/5

I find this cafe to be quite expensive for lunch. It's also a bit intrusive as shoppers are walking past as you're eating. The staff are also a bit abrupt and lack friendliness.Food: 3/5

Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of taking my friend to the Two Birds Tea Room at Heskin Hall Retail Outlet Chorley for her birthday. We both enjoyed an exceptional afternoon tea. Our selection of succulent sandwiches with a separate salad, were beautifully fresh. The mouth watering selection of home-made cakes, chocolate flap jacks, and scones, freshly made that morning, and served with jam and cream, were simply to die for! As if we hadn't already been spoiled with our fayre, we were also treated to pork pies and cups of tasty spicy vegetable soup, along with plentiful cups of tea. The staff were so attentive and kind, and nothing was too much trouble for them. When I made our reservation over the phone I was asked about dietary requirements, and this was considerately verified again by staff on the day. Our celebratory afternoon tea was perfect, and our thanks go out to Joanne, who was so lovely, and paid great attention to detail to ensure that we enjoyed our experience, and also to Alberto the manager, who was so attentive and regularly came over to our table to check that everything was to our satisfaction. What a fabulous experience in relaxing surroundings, and we can't wait to return for another afternoon tea very soon! Many thanks to all staff for making us so welcome. A huge thank you to all the staff at this fabulous diner. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are super friendly. Truly amazing afternoon tea and never fails to be anything but delicious. A truly hidden gem and cannot recommend enough to visit. Very dog friendly too.
If you want to spend a quiet afternoon with a a tea or coffee plus a delicious piece of cake gluten free choices availableno better place than Two Birds Tea Room. Alberto and the staff make you feel at home they are amazing. When you've had enough you can visit the shops around you. 10/10. Parking: Lots of room no problems finding a place to park.
Had Breakfast here this morning. The girls were ever so helpful, checking to see if my Mocha was strong enough for my liking, The bagel was well presented and great value for money. The tearoom is extremely clean and had a large selection on offer. We have eaten here several times and would highly recommend it. An added bonus is that it is situated in the middle of a bespoke shopping centre with over 50 privately owned businesses. You can't go wrong taking a visit here!
