Situated in the restored Coach house in Astley Park. Cafe Ambio offers a wide selection of freshly baked cakes and scones and a range of lunch dishes to suit any appetite. We are open all week from 9.15am until 4.30pm mid-week and 5.30pm week-ends.

Great selection of cakes, generous meals and nice hot drinks. Free parking and not a long way off the motorway - a great alternative to service stations! Lovely surroundings and friendly enough staff. What's not to like!

Just visited today. Very expensive and shocking service. Between myself and my sister we spent £50. Our order was wrong and elements were missing along with dirty cups.we asked 2 members of staff about missing items but was ignored. By the time they materialised some of our group had finished eating. To be fair the manager came over and was apologetic and offered the children a free cake, which was quickly altered to a free cheaper icecream and a latte. When the correct order arrived it was evident that it was on the same plate as we had eaten all the tomatoes on its first outing...surprisingly the chips contained uncooked frozen chips! When we raised these issues again, and expressed our annoyance the manager stated she had done all she could.in other words...shut up and accept the gesture... For the money service and attitude we will not be returning or recommending. Avoid especially on busy days.

Good food and generous portions. Ideal for a pit stop after a stroll around Astley Park, Chorley.

Lovely sandwiches and cakes look amazing, childrens portion where big and could be cheaper and smaller, staff very helpful and friendly, we will be back
