Waited 2 months, then would not do the job. Prima donna.

Twitchet was recommended to me by a plumber I respect. So when I called them up, and was told the waiting time to service my mother's oil fired boiler was 2 months, I accepted that.
However, when he arrived, after a cursory look at the 15 year old boiler, he said it was not running correctly and was too old for him to service. From my perspective, that was exactly the point; I wanted somebody who would service it properly so I would have some confidence that my mother's heating was working correctly. I was left baffled by his approach. 
Lesson; if you want your brand new boiler serviced, (an easy job), then Twitchet is yer man. Anything a bit more challenging, then you'll need to find someone with less of a diva attitude.
