The friendliest staff on the planet. They were all so happy and greeted everyone. Superb variety of plants and garden tools etc. The food was incredible and super healthy. Just wonderful!!

What an absolute pleasure to wander through this garden centre. However, the highlight was that wonderful lunch that we had. Great quality and generous servings of delicious roasts, soup and quiche. Staff were outstanding in their assistance and efficiency. Be warned - be early!  This place is very popular for a very good reason.

This whole place is beautiful and well stocked.  The jewel in its crown, however, is the cafe. Great staff and a wide selection of food but my lord... The cakes! Made in site and just a taste sensation!  Also it's dog friendly.

This is the nicest garden centre in the area. The plants are really well looked after and there is a great variety. The staff are friendly and helpful  they answered my questions about some plants and arranged a home delivery at a very reasonable price. The cafe has a good choice of drinks, snacks, meals and cakes. The scones are delicious and they cater for vegetarians, vegans and special diets. They allow dogs in all areas of the garden centre, and dogs are allowed in certain areas of the cafe inside and out. They have a loyalty card scheme.

Excellent garden centre but not just a garden centre a complete day out because of the quality and variety of things on offer. Great restaurant wonderful food. If you haven't been you must you will not be disappointed. So much more that I haven't said. Lastly but not least, very helpful and knowledgable polite staff.

It just gets better! Amazing to have Vegan options and food always excellent. New system to help with queues and easier for staff to give a good service while enjoying their work. Great place.

Nice place some lovely Christmas  things for sale. Which is what we went for. Found it a bit chaotic.  Arrived at 11 30 on a Saturday  . Already large  queues for cafe. Only wanted drinks didn't want to wait to.long.  Bought the item advertised  on leaflet and left. Staff at till pleasant don't know if I would go again.

Lots on offer here at this time of year. The staff were friendly enough and the food was quite nice. They have a small coffee shop in the middle if the garden centre to keep you toasties when walking around outside.

This was my first visit to this lovely Garden Centre, near Caernarfon, North Wales. I was very impressed with the overall layout and presentation of this award winning garden centre and enjoyed looking at the plants etc. Even though some of the products were not within my budget and price range, I do feel that this garden centre offers a really lovely range of plants and other outdoor living products. Why not visit today? :

I’ve always really enjoyed visiting your cafe but have to say I’m not in favour of your recent “improvements”. The wait time appears to have increased, you can’t check out the cakes / salads etc before ordering. We waited 13 mins to get a table yes it was quite busy then had to queue to get to the order point, then a further 10 mins for the food to arrive. We had ordered a Lemon Meringue, which was available when the order was put in but had sold out before our order was filled & the tea was stewed. The old system worked well from the customer‘a point of view, I’m sad to say the new system doesn’t work as well.
