50,000 square feet with a great selection of clothing and home goods. The items on sale were good quality and pricing was on par to similar stores Tested both the cafe and downstairs restaurant the food was good and the staff polite and helpful. There's a small farm shop which is more of a deli but sells a wide variety of items from tea and coffee confectionery as well as alcohol and baked goods. Toilets were very clean. The car park had plenty of spaces. No it isn't just for the over 80s so ignore the daft reviews my daughter 30 was very happy with the choices on offer. Yes there was tweed on sale
Great shopping, good range of brands as you look around. Farm shops has some great produce at good prices and they are yummy. The restaurant is brilliant. Had Sunday lunch with the trimmings, great value for money. Nice thick cuts of beef. YUM
Good staff. Clothes a little expensive. Food lovely. Needs to be a little more modern in their fashion. Feels like all the companies send stock out of date are sent there. But not at lower prices. The staff are lovely. Needs huge modernisation in both what they sell and pricing. Still go again.
Great large outlet type shop . Loads of quality clothes for men and women at good prices. Home department and pet department also a garden centre on site. A restaurant on ground level serving top quality food and afternoon teas, also a second cafe upstairs serving top quality cakes and snacks and perfect drinks, too. Well worth a visit. Some days quite busy with visiting coach parties but always plenty of places to park in a large car park.
Stopped off here as the weather was bad and wanted a break from the rain. Based on the reviews thought it would have a lot more to offer and the selection was okay but definitely expected more, only recognised a handful of the brands there too which wasn’t a good sign. The clothing also all seemed aimed at an older demographic so not much available for younger people. The meal in the restaurant was quite basic but tasty so the stars are for that.
It was very quiet when we went post new year. It was good in there but felt a bit bossy with signs saying dont do this in the coffee shop and shopping trolleys not allowed. Wasn't clear were the lifts were either so a couple struggling with the stairs.
Great experience if looking for a bargain, food great value for money. We didn't realise dogs were welcome in the food area, had to move table as husband is allergic to pet hair!!! A lovely day out with lots of franchises. An outlet village under one roof.
Went to the restaurant for some food. Granted it was around 3pm. Not much left on the menu, i ordered the salted steak, it was awfull a cold lump of meat on a mound of mashed potatoes and far too many peas. My drink arrivedc25 mins later. Everyone was complaining about the waiting time for there drinks. So disapointed
Went for afternoon tea, very good value for money
Ordered 2 coffees & 2 teacakes. After 15 minutes order arrived minus saucers teaspoons sugar. Teacakes lukewarm . Inquired as to where the teaspoons. Still waiting gave up and stired our coffees with the knife. Totally unprofessional and customer experience nil.
