Apparently the smallest Anglican cathedral in England or Wales, St Asaph is also the smallest city. The church is part of a North Wales pilgrimage route and houses one of the first Welsh bibles, translated by William Morgan in the reign of Elizabeth I. Their cafe is modern and serves lovely cake, sandwiches as well as drinks. Well worth a visit.
Beautiful, well-kept working place of worship. We arrived during Eucharist and were made to feel very welcome, even as a visitor. Very clean, nice toilets and a nice explanation of the origins and history of the cathedral. Felt very comfortable.
Lovely little cathedral. Lots of interesting story boards around the building. Combine your visit with a trip to the parish church and a walk along the river bank.
This is a beautiful cathedral the stain glass windows are wonderful and there is a cafe in the grounds nice and good service would recommend a visit to both and there is bus stop just outside.
Beautiful cathedral with lots to see. It's really interesting to learn about its history and how much has happened there. The stain glass windows are fabulous. Am definitely going to give this place another visit.
Lovely place, you can also get £1 parking off in the coffee shop, when u spend more than £5 on drinks etc
A beautiful cathedral well worth a visit if your in the area.
Lovely cathedral, easy parking and the cafe was excellent. Definitely recommend a visit
Peaceful walking around the grounds and inside the Cathedral learning all about its history. Great afternoon.
Went to a Christmas Wreath class at the cathedral run by Kate Jordan. Everyone came away pleased with the wreath they had made. Everyone's was unique. Enjoyed a hot drink from the little cafe on site. A very enjoyable morning.
