Spoke to Lex today regarding a problem with my LG tv I had no idea how to solve it. I had a five minute call with Lex who asked me a few questions and talked me through some steps to solve my problem. Got it sorted and Lex didnt even charge me. Brilliant customer service. Would recommend.
Very helpful gentleman who helped me check for troubleshooting over the phone for my television which wouldn’t power on. I was able to reset the television which sorted out the problem. I can’t be thankful enough. I would thoroughly recommend.
First class service all round, in fact we have recommended the company to others already. Value for money, and what really impressed most was the willingness to attempt to give best advice prior to a call out. Cannot recommend highly enough
Amazing service from Lex. We spent two days trying to get a picture on an old TVs for a bedroom with no luck. Lex talked us through via the hand set and we had a good picture in 5mins. Well done Lex . Thank you very much . I give you 5stars plus!!!
I called this guy to help me out with a smart tv that I had a problem with , I couldn’t get the remote to work the television, I had called another guy in Kilmarnock and he said it needed a new board at £100 to start with , this guy at micro live in Ayr talked me through how to tune in my remote control , it was nothing to do with a new board , this guy was very helpful and we got my tv fixed within 5 mins over the phone , great service , 5 star review ,
