Needed a new car battery and the guys at Halfords were super helpful and friendly. They fitted the new one in no time, but also made sure everything was right with the car and that I was happy before I left. Also gave me some useful tips regards battery health. I felt well looked after, thank you!

A satisfied customer once again though with a different outcome! My bike was in for a puncture repair however it was in bad condition with age so really wasn't worth fixing. Can't fault the staff as they were very helpful in explaining, were courteous and professional. So the outcome of my visit was buying a new bike with no pressure at all. Will continue to use Halfords in the future. Thankyou once again.

Couldn't find what I was looking for so asked a member of staff that was stacking shelves. He went out of his way to both show me where the item was but also to provide advice which led me buying a different item which was more suited to the job I was doing. Excellent service.

Adam was extremely helpful when we called regarding a battery issue with our campervan and helpful in choosing the correct window wipers - lovely friendly young man
