I visited Ayr store to purchase roof bars. Norrie was a great help, finding me the correct bars. Bryan fitted them and explained how to remove them if i needed to. Great service

I took my Kia sportage to halfords to get a battery for my key , Bryan from the Ayr branch was extremely helpful as we noticed a strong smell of fuel inside the cab , he took time to thoroughly inspect about the engine and has advised to take it to the garage for a check as he didnt find anything concrete to cause the smell , he also put in screen wash and checked my tyres , top marks to a top bloke , many thanks , Denise Lee

My husband is a fairly new driver I don't drive and a light appeared on the dashboard indicating an issue with tyre pressure. Ben was incredibly helpful and informative without being condescending about our lack of knowledge! He resolved the issue while educating us for the future. Really outstanding service! Thanks again to Ben, highly recommended!

First class. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Heathfield store. Ayr. But not the part of ordering on line. Battery should have been here on Saturday. At the moment it is still in warehouse. Paid for Express delivery.

Visited the Ayr store for a new car battery. Adam was fantastic, extremely helpful. He signed me up for the motoring club, checked my tyres, screen wash, wipers etc and even bumped up one of my tyres which was low. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I will definitely use this service again
