Brilliant service today, Drove in after work and car was put straight up on to the new "Hunter" realignment diagnostics machine. Which is one of only 2 I know of in South Ayrshire. Got a free cup of quality coffee while I waited also. Last 2 garages I took my car in, never done a proper job on the realignment and steering was still off. The guys in here are professional and use the latest technologey for realignment, Even give you a nice print out of before and after, showing how much the steering was out and needed adjusted. So if you hit a pothole and your steering is off,I would definitely recommend these guys if you want the job done properly 👌👍😎. Other wise you might end up wasteing your money at other garages that dont have the proper equipment to do a proper realignment job. Some garages just need to be honest with everyone they deal with and customers loyalty will follow ☺. See ya next time KwikFit 👍

Very Very unhappy new to this area so wasn’t sure where the best place was to go. So anyways searched on google and found Kwik fit and specifically called up in advance to see if they could change the tires on my Audi A6. The gentleman who answered the phone was called Scott and he advised that “it would be no bother we could fit them right away as it’s not very busy” hearing this I drove down 8.7 miles to Kwik fit garage only to reach there and be told they couldn’t do it! When I asked why they said due to my alloys being diamond cut they refused to touch them! Wow!!! Surely they should have precautions or handle them with extra care at the end of the day that’s what they do specialise in tyre change. Even then fair enough okay but what really annoyed me is the fact I drove almost 9 miles to simply get 2 tyres changed from what I thought was a ‘professional’ company’. Surely they would ask the customer on the phone or state that they don’t deal with diamond cut alloys even when I said to the manager his reply was only well it wasn’t me on the phone. Manager was thick as mince not even an apology instead said you should have told us on the phone you have diamond cut alloys. Never in my life have I been refused for having diamond cut alloys. At the end of the day it’s not me who’s providing the services of tyre changes. Ridiculously poor service received definitely don’t recommend don’t leave your car in the hands of these amateurs even if you do be sure to phone up and let them know what car you have in advance lol. Was a complete waste of time and diesel and they couldn’t care less. A simply apology would have sufficed.

Courteous service. Didn't try and persuade me to go for higher priced products. Efficient processing of my tyre.
