Booked a table online no problem, followed up by an email to double check they would be service food at 10pm but never got a reply. I also tried to ring but no answer. When we arrived we had to find a member of staff to ask as nobody seemed to be there to meet/greet/seat. I found a young lady who went straight to the computer to check our booking and then we were shown straight to our table. The restaurant was busy and very noisy with loud music and chatting, to be expected on a Friday night. Our drinks order was taken quickly, followed by our food order. Both drinks and food arrived fairly quickly considering how busy it was. I had to put my coat back on as it was very cold in the restaurant. Waitress and other staff serving drinks and clearing the tables were all very pleasant. We were served by Lucy who was friendly and happy. We both had burgers, they were tasty but no heat or spice, not the Caribbean spicy food we were expecting. First time trying Turtle Bay but we prefer spicier food and quieter restaurants where you don't have to shout at each other to have a conversation.

The place has great, fun atmosphere and delicious food and cocktails. The place is decorated with a Jamaican vibe and plays a good selection of music. There's a great happy hour special on drinks cocktails and everyone I've tried is amazing. The food is some of the best in town, but with a casual, family friendly vibe. I'm here all the time. Edit: I think the food for me has been on a downward trend since it opened. Used to be really spicy and flavorful. Everything is just much more mild now. Had to step down my review.

Really impressed with the Food and quick service. Went late Saturday night and within minutes of ordering food was on our table. Nice, fresh food packed with flavour. The whole place has a cosy, vibrant atmosphere. The decor is interesting. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. One star let down though as one rude staff member at the end complained about the tip I gave ... yes it was meant to be 5 quid .. the machine I keyed in the wrong amount but kind of wished I'd given nothing after the moaning !

Atmosphere was incredible, the 2’4’1 cocktails were amazing and so was the bar tender who served my friends and I. Our waitress was lovely service was quick and welcoming. Foods amazing. Can’t fault the place!

The food here is generally bland and tasteless, and very overpriced for what it is. A loud, claustrophobic atmosphere made this an unpleasant place to eat. Wouldn't recommend
