Fantastic shop, I went last Saturday to get some cigars for my birthday. I'm not a connoisseur of cigars, but I told the salesman what ones I have tried and enjoyed and which I didn't like, he put together a selection for me. I have had 2 so far and both were excellent. Will definitely be back.
Thank you so much to the two gentlemen who helped me in the Liverpool store yesterday! I had no idea there were so many different variations of cigars and they could see I was struggling. They both went above and beyond to help me, offering personal and genuine advise. Thank you again, you really helped de-stress me and I left with the perfect cigars for my friends wedding. Didn't get their names unfortunately but would highly recommend!
A visit to Turmeaus is always worthwhile, and my recent trip was no exception. The customer service and knowledge from the staff is superb, and Chris was a great help with my purchase. I also highly recommend the Puffin Rooms next door, for an evening experience you won't find anywhere else in Liverpool.
This place is such a gem. I visited this place in February. It's very close to the cruise terminal and one can easily reach by walk from the cruise terminal. Great service from Mr Edward, excellent suggestions. The lounge was superb and comfortable with portraits of legends everywhere and cigar magazines as well. They have an amazing whisky collection too. They provide complimentary coffee. Perfect place.
Fantastic little store next The Puffin Rooms. It's easy to miss, so keep your eyes peeled. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Really made us feel welcome and I found what I was looking for with their help. I highly recommend paying them a visit. Seconds away from the train station.
Everything about this tobacconists, oozes class. An unmatched selection of cigars, pipe tobacco. And fine malts. One of my favourite places to visit. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great place but , they need to hire someone who can deal with people much better respect. Not everyone who smokes cigar is a multimillionaire. Enough said
Been there 3 times now, and each time the service has been second to none, throughly experienced staff, real old school warm welcoming with a great goodbye, beautiful tabaccos and exquisite spirits
Wonderful shop with not just great whiskies but also some great rum as well. Had a lovely chat with who I presumed is the owner. He sails a lot and picked up this great rum “Spanish Marie / Bad B**ch” rum in Florida. Got a bottle and it’s fantastic. Very interesting and friendly gentleman who sounds like he’s got a lot of great stories - shame I had to leave. Highly recommended. Would have been great if they had some whiskies out for tasters.
Experts give a quality service in the shop itself for your tastes. Helped me out on quality pairings for a sensational experience.
