Got my septum redone here, super quick and painless! Answered all of my questions and even told me how my previous placement from my retired septum was wrong Definitely returning for future piercings, staff were so lovely!!

called in, booked my appointment & was pierced all within half an hour. i had never gotten a facial tattoo before so i was super nervous but the piercer i didn’t catch her name! was so so lovely and made me feel so comfortable and gave great aftercare advice - i will be going back for the future piercings i’ve got planned :

Was there earlier on although I dropped my tank to have my coil shoot out like a bullet the lad was fast to notice where it went quality service with a good chat with the team all friendly i'd highly recommend

Amazing service, was getting my nostril pierced and the lady was nice and comforting, will be coming in the future!

Had a daith piercing which i had done on the spur of the moment to commerate my 70th birthday although nervous all the people there were friendly and very attentive i felt really comfortable and definitely would go back also i will recommend to anyone meeding a piecing done.

Got my conch pierced here, i was really scared because i’ve only ever had piercings done with a gun but the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the place was very clean and it didn’t hurt at all. Would definitely recommend to someone who is nervous about getting a piercing with a needle.

As someone who has only had a gun piercing till now, it was a welcoming and kind experience. They made me feel secure and welcomed and did the piercing in a quick and safe manner supplying tons of post care tips and tricks. Want your piercings done? Get em here, my only gripe is the labrett piercings can screw off a bit easy but that's not their fault as a shop.

Phoned up today as I had an emergency appointment at the hospital and was having trouble getting jewellery out for the procedure,  but these guys done their very best to fit me in straight away before I had to go in, I ’ve become a bit of a regular for my jewellery, whether buying or changing, will be returning for some piercings.. thanks for today & the caring staff:

I bought a vape from this shop in August. Somehow managed to lock it and because I'd lost the instructions I couldn't open it. Not a problem. One of the lads in Herman's showed me how to  unlock it. I somehow or other managed to break the vape at the weekend. Not a problem to the guys in Herman's.  Fixed it for me, in minutes, no problems. Thank you .  fantastic Xxx
