Have always had an excellent service from Tullibody Health Centre. The staff, both the GPs and the reception are fantastic. They are helpful and always help if it's an emergency. I get through 99% of the time. My prescriptions are always done within 48 hours and I can get an appointment when I need one. Can't rate them high enough
Appointments a week in advance only. My go today was running 30+ minutes late at 9:30 am!
Time is now 09.40 been trying to call the surgery since 08.30 continually ever 15 seconds. Managed to get through on 4 occasions however phone just rung for over 4 minutes on each occasion without being answered. Wholly unacceptable performance in fact it would appear Tullibody Health Centre is unfit for purpose.
I am relatively new to this practice but since registering I can honestly say the service provided has been brilliant, always pleasant and extremely helpful somedays it appears there are not enough hours in the day to complete there work but still smiling to the service user great team. Thank you .
Everything clean and tidy went for my B12 jag did not have to wait to long before I was seen not completely back to normal
