After being ill all weekend and getting no where with NHS 24, my partner called first thing this morning and I got an appointment with Dr.Green. This man’s care and compassion is second to none. Checked me over thoroughly and will call tomorrow with results. Can’t complain about the care received. Reception staff on arrival were great too.
On Friday 27th June tried 3 times to get through but failed each time as I wasted over an hour on the phone. Again on Monday 27th tried and waited 35 minutes only to be cut off after the phone was answered,eventually got back through to number 1 in the list but again waited 17 minutes before someone answered the phone. Each time I have been in recently there are at least 5 people in the office surely one of them could answer calls.

More chance of winning the lottery than someone answering a phone and when they do likelihood is they will mess up something with passing a prescription through for the doctor. Once you manage to see a doctor they are in my experience fantastic and give you a lot of time and genuinely care.
Iis now 10 o'clock and I've been trying for over an hour to get an answer now on try 45 surely with 3 staff at the helm someone could atleast put the phone on the hook and take calls, and this happens everyday.
Terrible practice. Don't give people who need meds them and if said General practitioners are in that job and they know that certain people need medicated but still they don't. Terrible practice and Dr Borland is a nasty, rude non caring man. Such a bad Doctor!
Trying to see a doctor for 3 weeks and can't speak to him and just get referred to a nurse for the same thing and phoned fir a week before I got through I got appointment for a week later for the surgery to phone me 10 minutes before my appointment to get told it was cancel after getting time off work to go what a joke
Worst health centre in Scotland. Treat people like dirt and don't prescribe what they know patients need. The Gp's think their above the average person
Disgrace of a practice I’ve phoned 31 times today and there is no answer constant user buy since 9:00am this morning it’s now 12:00 i wish there was a 0 star review because this place would receive it
Never answer the phone. The receptionists want to know which medical issue you want to speak to the doctor about.
