Tulipanna created our dream florals for our wedding. George and his team are absolutely amazing - he sources the freshest and most beautiful flowers so the quality is amazing and they last for ages! The planning process was seamless, and the setup on the day was impeccable. George's attention to detail is second to none and the end product was out of this world. Bought some seemingly beautiful flowers from Tulipanna yesterday, came home to find the middle bunch at the end of its life but dismissed it - most of the flowers were fine. Got home from work today 24 hrs after purchase to find all flowers looking dead and ready for the compost heap. Don't sell flowers if they're going to die the next day. Where's the 1/2 star button? I want a refund.

When in Sydney, I've bought flowers from the Bondi shop but have never ordered a delivery from my Melbourne home. On the phone, Tulipanna Bondi staff were fabulous and very patient while I waited till they could get in just the colours I wanted, which were to be only primary colours reds, yellow, orange, with sensational blooms. As tulips are in season I ordered a bunch of several mixed double tulips with some frilled to be bought on the freshest delivery day.  I'd never heard of frilled tulips. The images tell it all. There was a typo error in the card, but Nikki loved the flowers which was all that mattered. The tulips opened beautifully and lasted 10 days.  "They were bloody amazing. Longest living flowers I've ever had. Absolutely beautiful"...Nikki Well done Tulipanna and thank you. I highly recommended it for service, quality and delivery.

I emailed Tulipanna three months ago and did not receive a response. I personally went in to talk to someone about a bridal bouquet. The assistant was dismissive and rude. I explained to her that I had already emailed them and she rolled her eyes and said "No wonder nobody replied, your wedding is near Valentines day, there's going to be nothing left" This was appalling customer service. . I have since found a lovely florist nearby who was more than happy to help me and assured me that Valentines day will not interfere with my wedding bouquet. Sad that the staff here are so rude, I was so excited to see some flowers and it ruined my afternoon.

I highly recommend Tulipanna Flowers. George from Tulipanna was amazing to work with to create the perfect flowers for my November 2021 wedding. The flowers were so fresh and beautiful and all of the guests commented on them. It was so easy and stress free working with George. He captured my vision and style for my wedding perfectly. I ordered a bouquet after viewing the Tulipanna website and Instagram page, so my purchase was based purely on the images provided directly by the business. Unfortunately the flowers delivered did not look as nice as the ones I ordered. It would be helpful to have more realistic images on the website and social pages so customers expectations are more appropriately managed about what they are ordering.

Specifically asked flowers be wrapped in white paper and chose ribbon for tie. Flowers wrapped in black paper. Post delivery asked owner for explanation. He was defensive and extremely rude. When your paying big bucks for a delivery, requested presentation can’t be that hard. If you ever have a problem with this florist, don’t expect accountability. If specific instructions of your order aren’t followed, expect aggressive response from owner

They created an excellent arrangement of flowers at a very good price for our wedding. We couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend them.

We’ve been buying flowers from Tulipanna for quite a while now.  The flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged.  The staff are, like the flowers, an absolute cut above. I most recently asked for a bouquet to be delivered to our daughter to congratulate her on the birth of a very handsome young man. I rang late in the day and was treated royally. The lass made very tactful suggestions on my wording on the card and arranged delivery over Easter. Our daughter said the delivery chap was most cheerful and the flower arrangement very nearly didn’t fit through the door. Did I mention that their prices are very, very, good? Thank you Tulipanna.
