I called the flower shop today in a mad panic as the place I ordered with online for same day delievery after 2 confirmation emails let me down last minute. The flower factory were absolutely amazing and provided great customer service even though it was very last minute my mother in law will recieve flowers from myself and her new grandson on her birthday. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Many thanks to the lovely ladies at the flower shop who did all the flowers for our wedding on the 22nd September 2016. they were simply stunning. we had so many compliments. Thank you very much. i would defiantly recommend. friendly and efficient service. Maureen. Swindon

Really rude and nasty woman behind the desk who was in no way helpful to us when we were clearly looking and would have spent money way more than it was worth on a condolence flower card and stake from her. Exceedingly rude and very upset due to this treatment especially due to how clear it was at what we were looking for, no care taken and no sensitivity. Do not recommend whatsoever, a thoughtless, careless woman who deserves no money for this kind of service and will get none from any of our family and friends. Will be spreading the word.

Went in asking for a sympathy card to go in flower bouquet and was told in a disgusting way that they are only for flowers that were bought there. Found this extremely rude due to what we were asking for. Avoid at all costs if you want anywhere near okay customer service
