My Daughter Victoria did her work placemrnt here last week!  She had a lovely experience with Rachael, who taught her the wonderful art of floristry. Culminating with the most gorgeous bouquet of fragrant flowers made by Victoria's very own hand. Thank you. Much appreciated.

Used this florist a few times, flowers have been lovely but have gone to order some today and was closed even though the time on the door said 12pm and I was there at 11.40 now need to find somewhere else to get flowers for Sunday from. This isn't the first time this has happened. Feeling quite disappointed.

Ordered Saturday for delivery the following Tuesday, to my wife on our wedding anniversary.  Tuesday came, no flowers were delivered and no contact was received from them, despite them having all my details. 

Late on the Tuesday afternoon I phoned them, during their business hours, but no answer.  I then emailed them, but they didn’t reply until the evening.  Their response, by email, came with an implausible story why they hadn’t been able to deliver, and they couldn’t offer an explanation for why they hadn’t contacted me.  I ended up telling them to arrange a refund.

So, if you like to live dangerously and you’re not bothered when your flowers might be delivered, then go ahead and order from this outfit.  If however you’re like me, and you have the crazy idea of actually having flowers delivered on a specific date, to mark a special occasion, then learn from my experience and go elsewhere.
