We were looking to book a Skiing holiday for the new year and didn’t know where to start. Jess at Poole TUI was so helpful in explaining our options, telling us about equipment hire and what areas were beginner friendly. Would definitely book with her again.
I have had many holidays with TUI throughout the years and enjoyed them all. Recent however I had a calamity when shortly before another holiday my partner had a stroke and was rushed to hospital. I went to TUI Poole a few days later to explain my predicament and Jess took care of everything I have never had such fantastic service she was both sympathetic and business like in cancelling our holiday and securing us a full refund. Jess went the extra mile and then some so I hope that that she will get the recognition that she so thoroughly deserves.
We booked a short cruise with Holly from the Poole branch , she was very helpful, professional and went above and beyond to get the best deal for us! Very pleased with the level of service she offered nothing was too much for her.

We’ve booked an MSC cruise for August next year with our friends. A taste of luxury on a cruise ship to see if we’d like to go for a longer duration the year after. Holly, our representative couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. If we enjoy it as much as we think we will. We will definitely be back to Tui again to rebook a new one with Holly
I had the great pleasure of being assisted by one of the TUI staff at Poole . The Lady in question was named Jo and she was able to help us to make educated and informed holiday choices . Her cheery disposition and Knowledge on a wide range of holiday oriented topics was superb and it was possibly the main reason we finally chose to book with Tui because of her actions in promoting Tui and tailoring the holiday that we wanted to our needs. She was ably assisted by Kevin the manager who has obviously travelled extensively and is happy to make suggestions to enhance the holiday experience using his superb knowledge there was a young lady called Jo Whose job was to help and to show Destinations did find Blew the senses and mind We just had to sign up and go
We booed our long haul trip through Elisa back in November. She found us a great deal to a RIU hotel in Mexico which was excellent value for money. Elisa made the whole booking process very simple. Thank you.
We have just booked our next holiday through Holly for this year and we have booked many with her over the last few years. She is always so helpful and can’t do enough for us and is reliable at recommending amazing hotels. Thank you so much Holly
