I went to their office in Westbourne as I was planning a long journey to Southamerica and I live nearby. They hardly made eye contact with me and asked me to email them; which I did despite I found them rude, days later someone answer "We will get back to you", after 10 days of no answer, I contacted them again but never had a response. It would have been easier to just say they are not interested or have nothing to offer for this type of journey, instead they were dismissive and rude and did not even bother to answer, at least to make their business look professional and ultimately not to waste my time. I wouldn't recommend them, they seem mediocre and unprofessional.
Had a complex and difficult set of holiday requirements and bookings to make, which were dealt with in a manner beyond my expectations and with a genuine personal concern in getting me the best deal possible. Gareth Duggan showed great professionalism and an enormous amount of patience, knowledge and expertise. Pleased to have discovered such great customer service for my future travel requirements
