Excellent service on Saturday, I telephoned Nathan first thing as the drive belt on my daughter's Audi A3 had snapped, within 1 hour I had the car at the centre and it was being replaced, they found that the pulley was missing off the alternator and required more work, they gave me a courtesy car and my car was ready to pick up later in the day. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, helpful and very professional, they have my family's custom from now on.

Massive thank you to Nathan at Deeside Motor Centre. Nothing was to much trouble. Even having me linger around the office pretty much all day waiting for the finance company. He made sure everything was right with the merc I bought. Nicely valeted before I drove off! Will 100% be coming back for a new one in a few years! Can’t recommend them and Nathan enough.

Bought an XC90 from Deeside, lovely car and came with 3 month warranty. I had 2 issues with it in 2 months but Deeside went above and beyond on repairing the issue with a Volvo Verified garage as I live 4 hours away from them. Thank you Deeside and Nathan

I am probably the longest standing customer to Deeside Motor Centre and purchased a Vauxhall Mocca from them. All the staff are  committed to looking after you and a quality of service second to none.

I had this dealership purchase our car via auction and then called me up asking for pictures/video of the car because they bid blindly.  I obliged in a friendly manner and the got ghosted by the sleezy car salesman who I'd spoken to.  HE WASTED MY TIME OVER THE COURSE OF 7 DAYS and couldn't be bothered to actually show up when he said he'd show up.  RUN away fast.

Bought my car from here. I don't post immediately on purchases I intend to keep long term as I want to review them over time. Sales: Will was such a lovely guy and was v. considerate of giving us space to look and come to our own decision. All paperwork done in quick time. 1mth: car is great! Such a good drive. So far, no complaints! I'm driving long distances and it's such a comfortable drive. 3mth: The twin turbo on my car went about 4 days before the 3mth mark.  However, this was dealt with professionally by Dewi who was lovely and very helpful in getting the car fixed and me back on the road. 6mth: Love my car. She's so comfy and sleep looking. Still driving some long drives and still still comfy! My husband is jealous and has now decided he wants one too for his next car. 12mth:

We sold our car via auction to this car dealership.  After providing photo evidence and a video they ghosted us and didn’t bother showing up to see said car, wasting my time, my money, and other peoples time and money.  AVOID UNPROFESSIONAL
