Outstanding customer service.  Walking into the reception area they recognise me, my vehicle and know which service is required even though they see me twice a year. They telephone when they say they will and are clear as to any points I need to keep an eye on. You don't get that from a main dealer even though they charge more than double what Castle garage charge.

What fantastic service.  Another garage advised work would cost over £1000 wanted it done locally. So took it to Castle who said it didnt need doing at this time. What other business gives such honest advice? Wouldnt use anywhere else.

As a local business owner, I am happy to recommend Castle Garage, I run a local car rental company and car sales, and Castle Garage has helped me many times with car urgent car repairs, and MOT's I would have no issues recommending them .

Have used Castle Garage several times for MOT's and an electrical repair finding and fixing a very annoying issue intermittent issue with electric windows/central locking on my campervan and they have been excellent, with great service, friendly staff and fair prices, will definitely use in future

Hi my name is James Woodcock Director at Castle Garage.  With regards to the negative reviews 2 and 3 years ago posted by the same person.  The issue with this customer is that he does not listen to professional advice.  We repaired his vehicle which had a faulty alternator bracket which we repaired to the best of our ability and told the customer it was a temporary repair the threads had been damaged caused by the bolts vibrating loose.  6 months later we receive a phone call from him demanding us to pay a third party garage for another repair for the same fault! We asked him to return the vehicle to us for inspection which he refused.  This is the type of customer who we do not want to see at our reputable business.
