Outstanding customer service from all staff in TSB Barnsley branch. It’s a pleasure to go in, they are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Long may this branch remain to serve those of us who prefer to deal with a real person rather than do online banking.
The staff are lovely and always very helpful at this branch always greeted with a smile, nothing is to much trouble even through the difficult times that Tsb had with their system upgrade nothing was a problem and they kept on smiling. Keep up the excellent work. It’s good to see good customer service instead of a grunt like you receive in a lot of places these days These ladies could learn the younger generation a thing or two
Absolutely amazing. Sharon and Kyle are a credit to TSB. They both couldn't do enough to help my mother in-law. I thank them both. The service she received from both of these people, is probably the best i have seen, in any bank.
Staff are extremely helpful and kind , especially Kim who has spent time making me confident using internet banking . The staff go the extra mile to look after you especially Marie and Sharon who put up with my small change pay ins.
The staff are always very happy to help and will realy go out of ther way to do what they can for you, they did for me even when they didn't have to. They are such a pleasure to deal with not like in other bank's iv been to.
Pleasure walking into this branch, staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. I recently witnessed them deal with an abusive customer and was very impressed with their customer services.
The staff at the branch are amazing. Always a pleasure dealing with them and nothing is too much trouble. A credit to TSB.
I realise it's quite a shocking thing to say but i'm now convinced there is dishonest staff here ,Twice now i have gone in with cash to be told there is less than i know there was. I dont get money matters wrong and it's only ever happened at this branch in my 30 plus years of using TSB

The fact that they don't open on a weekend is utterly rediculous. Very biased against people that actually work. When Lloyds and TSB split i was told that opening times would change but this has never happened.
