We popped in for lunch, they have a lunchtime offer, 3 courses for just under £15 per person. This was perfect for us. All the food that was served was delicious and well worth the price. The portions were good and we felt the quality was great. The staff were lovely. We will definately return next time we're in Manchester.Food: 5/5
Nice Thai place Got the starter platter which was mainly good as the prawns were super high however the chicken wings were very dry. The curries are very nice here too, with big portions of rice which is a plus! Overall cost was on the pricier side. Service is good
When two of our group arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before our reservation, they discovered that the wait staff had already given our table away to another party. The confusion continued into receiving our orders, with the staff confidently handing dishes to the wrong people. The food was average at best, with one of the dishes having an unnecessary amount of added sugar. I'd recommend that you try Thai food elsewhere!
Some employees were unfriendly. The garnishes slices of tomato, cabage and cucumber were so dry. I think they cut them in the morning or the day before. it's fine I just didn't eat them. But I ordered Pad Thai and it had eggs in it and some of the egg pieces were cold. I think they prepare the eggs in the morning or the day before like the garnishes and then use them when the order comes in. The experience of eating eggs without knowing when they were cooked was not fun. and the server said that I can order dessert when ordering the main menu, so I said I would have mango sticky rice for dessert, so I thought it would come after the main meal, but it came out along with the main menu, so I had to eat the dried mango sticky rice. If you want dessert after your meal, order it after the main menu rather than at the beginning. Also, be careful when ordering drinks. At Happy hour, drinks are 2 for 1, so I ordered two large diet coke, but they charged me 4 x 1/2 pint coke instead of 2 x 1 pint coke. We said we ordered 2 x 1 pint coke, not 4 x 1/2 pint coke, but the server said 4 x 1/2 pint was correct. because I was with a guest so I didn't complain anymore, just paid it. but it is quite annoying. At least the amount was huge. we couldn't finish our food. -------------- Thank you for reply. I don't know why some eggs were cold. And I double checked the happy hour menu but nothing mentioned about you only do 2 for 1 on half pint. I think you should have mentioned it on the menu or should have told us when we were ordering. Also I would like to make it clear that you didn't serve 4 large pints of coke. There were three of us and one of us ordered tap water. So we ordered two large coke and served two large coke. Not four
This was my first time trying Thai Food and I was not left disappointed! For starters we went for the Tamarind Crispy Pork Belly, Mussels, Battered Scallops and King Prawn Spring Roll. The portions were absolutely massive for starters and they were all absolutely delicious. For mains I went for the Duck Red Curry with Egg Fried Rice. I was amazed by how flavoursome the curry was and the duck was not dry at all! The service was quick and friendly too. The price for some items were steep but overall the experience and portion size made it great value for money.
Authentic Thai food just like in Thailand, the best Thai curry I have ever had in the whole country I’m not from Manchester portions are great, price matches the quantity, they add 10 % service charge, dinning room is cosy and warm. I’d happily return as the food is great.
Green curry with king prawn, coconut rice and red curry with beef were amazing! Crispy crab and mango sticky rice dessert were okay, I would go for something else next time. It is a small, crowded and loud place but staff were friendly and food was very delicious.Food: 5/5
A great menu with lots we hadn't tried before. The soft shell crab was amazing. It took a long time to decide what to have with so much choice. The food and drink is reasonably priced and you can buy wine by the glass or bottle. Lovely, friendly service that was unhurried. The decor was great and the restaurant felt quite roomy.Food: 5/5
We had a lunch menu, which I evaluate positively, a wide choice of dishes. Favorable price for 3 meals. The food corresponded to the price, it was well seasoned and prepared and I had no big reservations. The service was very pleasant and helpful.Food: 4/5
Tried the happy hour 2 course menu on Tuesday. The portion was generous and we could not finish all. It tasted good and not too spicy as I had expected. Staff are friendly and responsive. Would recommend it.
