Poor after sales service. Quick to dismiss every fault as a characteristic of the car. Will never use them again.

A small Ford garage. Part of a much larger chain of garages. I've only used them for parts, which they obtain quickly.

Had some smoke coming out of my Ford Fiesta. Stopped by on the way to work and although the works centre was fully booked a mechanic very kindly had a look. Unfortunately it wasn't safe to drive further so they took the car in there and then. They were able to give me a courtesy car that another customer hadn't picked up that day. As they were busy they couldn't promise me it would be done within 24 hours but by the end of the working day I had a phone call letting me know it was all fixed. My car is under warranty so can't comment on cost of repairs. I also can't comment on what would have happened if I'd tried to phone them ahead of time. Although, I do know that Ford dealers often use a central call centre that is a pain. I really can't fault them on this occasion, I was chuffed to bits.
