Josh was extremely good, the whole experience was pain-free and they went to their utmost to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. At no point did we feel pressured. I would highly recommend. We are 4 weeks into our purchase and Josh did call to make sure we were happy, plus Mazda car is great. We will be using a more local Mazda dealer for our car but if we were very happy with the service.

Good garage, very courteous and polite, but a bit pricey for a 4yr suzuki swift service for £375.  They did include a courtesy car in the price.  Everything was fine and they managed to have it done the same day.  However, I didn't feel the offer to replace a wiper blade at £27 represented the best value for money, so I bought a wiper blade replacement from ebay for £3 instead and put it on the car today and it works fine.

I have been a customer of T W White for six years. I recently wished to exchange our Mazda 3 for a newer version, and having approached the Sales Manager at the Great Bookham branch, Adrian Arnold,
he speedily provided my wife and me with various options.  We decided to upgrade to a SE-L with satnav in our desired colour, which was made available for exchange within a couple of weeks.  Mr Arnold also offered a financial package which was beneficial to us, and which absorbed the cost of some extra features. Mr Arnold conducted the exchange smoothly and professionally, and we are very happy with the new model.  I would not hesitate to recommend Adrian Arnold and T W White to prospective customers.

Recently had my Mazda 3 Sport Nav serviced at TW White at Great Bookham a very pleasant experience I waited for the car and was made very welcome. My car was returned in spotless condition very pleased with the car and the dealership would recommend them to anyone.

We have purchased 5 cars from TW White Bookham over the past 3 years.
The service is second to none with the Sales Team going above and beyond all expectations to make the whole experience of buying a new car exciting.
Always attentive and helpful I would highly recommend this franchise
if you are thinking of buying a fantastic Mazda.
