Ripoff prices similar online agencies gave better prices and got what i wanted. They were buying a 3 year old car for over 2k off the actual used market price if sold privately and they deducted £200 for stone chips like the car is never going to be driven on a road. I just needed to sell it hass free but their arrogance made me say no and in the end i made the 2k up.

Not great. Offered me £2695 initially, valid for 7 days, but I was away the following week, so I had to get a new quote - only £2500. Took it along anyway. It was a 10 year old car that I bought when it was less than a year old, still in good nick but with a few minor paint chips and scuffs to alloys. I forgot to bring the parcel shelf, but promised to supply it at the right price. The salesman refused to take this into consideration and said he had to configure the offer on the basis it had no parcel shelf. Entered everything in to the computer and came up with a figure of £1750. A complete waste of time and effort. They did the same with my sister - I should have known better.
